Washington Office Open HOMEWOQD 111 May 10 James T Clark has opened the racing secretarys office at Washington Park issuing regis tration blanks to horsemen for the 30day Lincoln Fields meeting which will be con ducted there beginning next Monday Clark recently arrived from Churchill Downs where he served as an assistant to the rac ing secretary and as a placing judge
