Study Plans for Proposed Track at Indio Calif CalifRIVERSIDE RIVERSIDE Calif June 8 A proposed race track at Indio Calif has been referred to the County Council for study Abraham Teitelbaum is the author of the plan which calls for a 1500000 plant and a meeting to run in conjunction vith the National Date Festival In a letter to the Board of Supervisors Teitelbaum offered to purchase 160 acres next to the Indio Fair Grounds and deed it to Riverside County if the county would lease the land to a proposed racing corporation rentfree for 50 years
