Time Mark Always Stands StandsPIMLICO PIMLICO Baltimore Md May 6 When a foul was claimed against Senator Joe after he had set a new track record of 106 for five and onehalf furlongs in yesterdays Primary Day Handicap the question came up as to whether hed be credited with the record if his number came down Fortunately that did not hap ¬ pen but hed have had the record regard ¬ less Back in 1948 Capot set a mile and onesixteenth record of 142 and was disqualified but the time mark was credited to the Greentree horse until it was lowered at a later date
