CLASSIC NIGHT was close enough early and although an opening appeared for him in the last eighth he lacked the power to come through LIKE STONE failed to be a serious factor SHALLOW BROOK was badly landing and dropped back FURTHERMORE was far back all the vay TREPID was badly outrun and swerved and stumbled after clearing the last jump and lost his rider PROCEED set the pace under restraint and
