Special Allowances at Churchill Downs DownsIn In all races of one mile or over except maiden races stake races or handicaps any horse who has never won at a distance of one mile or over shall be allowed three pounds weight allowance in addition to any other allowances to which he may be entitled in the race Such allowance must be claimed at time of entry
