Friediand Files Suit SuitLOUISVILLE LOUISVILLE Ky May 10 George Friediand of Philadelphia filed a suit in Federal Court on Thursday to recover 100000 he claims to have advanced to the Boone County Land Corporation for de ¬ velopment of the new Latonia race track Friediand alleged he had arranged with the land company to advance the money in exchange for stock which was later ex ¬ changed for stocks and bonds in the Ken ¬ tucky Jockey Club Inc He asked for a return of the 100000 because additional financing was not obtained The jockey club corporation is head by Matt Winn Wil ¬ liamson who also is president of the land company
