Of the four parlays, taking them in the order sent by you, the first and second won more- Uian the limit of 25 to 1, the third 1! to 1 and the fourth 15J to 1. Tom F. W., Clinton, Iowa. Because Peter Sterling and Ampedo were scratched, the parlay was void as to them and won as a single bet on Preen. It did not follow Ampedo from the race from which lie was scratched to the one in which he was an added starter.
