NEW ORLEANS RACING IN THE COURTS NEW ORLEANS La June 14 Suit to collect three years salary under his contract for 0000 a year lias been filed against the Business Mens Racing Association by Isaac B Rennyson the re ¬ cently ousted supervisor The petition relates that December 2 1918 Rennyson was employed for a term of three years beginning May 1 1919 that after he had made all arrangements to carry out the contract and had filed with the board of directors a report for the purpose of promoting greater efficiency in the business of the corporation and suggesting certain needed repairs to the corporate property he was dismissed May 27 without any good or legal cause and without any serious grounds of complaint and that he has offered to continue to discharge the duties of his employment but the associations officers have threatened to publish in the papers notices of his dismissal if he per sjsted and lie adds that he was arbitrarily capri ¬ ciously arid oppressivly discharged dischargedRennyson Rennyson asks for the usual citation of the de ¬ fendant corporation through its president and judgment for 18000 and annexes a copy of his original contract of employment signed for the Business Mens Racing Association by former presi ¬ dent John T 1euder and a copy of the letter from the new regime terminating his employment The association is required to answer the suit within ten days from the date of service of the citation oil its nres4tut
