I LATONIA TURF NOTES j $ 4 The Cuban jockeys A. Fernandez and F. Fernandez, who rode with much success around here a year ago, are returning to the States, being due at Latonia Thursday. Capable reinsmen, their services are expected to be much in demand here. Jockey Albert Morgan returned from Detroit where he rode Marynell in the Wolverine Handicap on Saturday. He accepted no mounts Monday, however. Set down Saturday for fifteen days for rough riding, jockey Porter Roberts will begin his suspension Tuesday. He was permitted to ride out his engagements Monday. The remainder of the Devereaux Brothers-J. Gass stable arrived from Aurora and included Rapparee, Conastanto, Mirabon, Dev, Just Frank, and Lauretta Jay. Those which came in an early consignment were Alltoi, Biddy, Donamo, Amgood and Head to Head.
