No Children Admitted COLUMBUS, Ohio, April 30. — Children under 16 years of age will not be admitted to Beulah Park during the 20-day meeting of running races opening at the Grove City plant Saturday, May 7. The Beulah Park management today announced that this rule, adopted by the state racing commission last spring, will be rigidly enforced throughout the racing season at Grove City.
