Hamilton Stops Over Here William Hamilton, veteran racing official, is stopping over in the Windy City for several days to renew acquaintances before leaving for Waterford Downs, where he will assume his post as state steward on June 22. Hamilton had served as state steward in Illinois for a lengthy period before resigning his post here.
