Considine to Saddle Alerted For Delawares Kent Stakes - DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 13. — Hampton Stables Alerted, third in yesterdays featured Limestone Purse behind Repetoire and Senator Joe, came out of the race with minor cuts sustained while lacking racing room in vicinity of the three-eighths pole. The injuries, however, are not expected to keep him from fulfilling his engagement in the Kent Stakes on June 23. When the Bull Lea — Hastily Yours colt competes in that 5,000 added event he will be saddled by trainer J. P. Considine, who replaces Jimmy Penrod. The latter and Frank Stout, owner of the Hampton Stables, recently had a misunderstanding regarding Alerteds placings and his number of starts. While handling the colt since his acquisition last-fall, Penrod enjoyed marked success, winning the Laurel Stakes and being third behind Bold and Counterpoint in the Preakness. /
