H. Bowen; bred by E. A. Christmas. WENT TO POST-6:13. OFF AT 6:13 EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME. Start good from stall gate. Won driving; second and third the same. DOLLARGOFAST raced close to the pace, went to the front after a half mile, then repulsed persistent challenges from DIK DIK and was going away at the finish. DIK DIK was an alert factor, made a strong bid when strongly punished in the stretch run, but weakened at the end. BERET, taken in hand away from the gate, made an impressive run on the outside down the backstretch, lost ground on the turn, then could not carry speed to the end. SECNAV, always within striking distance, failed to respond. DR. CRICKET could not get up. SWEET BUTTER faltered early. JAUNTY FOX was outrun.
