On Public Service Broadcast DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 14. — The series of Saturday public service broadcasts today was highlighted by interesting and informative remarks made by Col. D. Preston Lee, state director of civil defense, and Col. Donald L. Hutton, a chief deputy. Bryan Field described the running of the 5,000, mile and a sixteenth JECent Stakes and interviewed the two civil defense representatives. The program, a noncommercial, good will broadcast aired by Wilmingtons WDEL, WTLM and WAMS, along with Dovers WDOV and Georgetown WJWL, also included winners circle interviews conducted by Bob Kelley, Wilmington sports columnist and radio commentator. Colonels Lee and Dutton spoke on facts concerning civil defense preparations covering possible enemy attack by means of bacteriological, chemical or other means; fire fighting by householders and other emergency measures for public protection in case of possible enemy action.
