DELMAR JOCKEY CLUB FILES ITS ANSWER. Jefferson City, Mo., January 4. The Delraar Jockey Club of St. Louis filed Its answer to the ouster suit of Attorney-General Hiidley. The jockey club declares It has complied with its charter, which required that agricultural shows be given alid that exhibits of live stock be held. In that In lieu of the exercise of this franchise It has paid large -sums of money into the state treasury to the state fair fund aud that this constitutes compllapre with the requirements of Its charter. The answer was Hied in the Supreme Court en buue and asks that the suit be dismissed without costs.
