NEW HANDICAP FOR BELMONT PARK. The Westchester Racing Association announces a new handicap to be run at Belmont Park on Monday, May 28, the first day of the second spring meeting, to be known as the Borough of Queens Handicap, for three-year-olds and upward, with 5,000 added, at a mile and one-sixteenth, to close March 7, the same date as the other fixtures. A specially interesting program will be announced for Decoration Day, May SO, which will Include the Amateur Cup, for gentlemen riders; the Whitney Memorial Steeplechase, with ,000 added; the Crotona Handicap, for three-year-olds and upward, and the fortieth running of the Belmont Stake, for three-year-olds. This famous race will this year be worth .5,000 gross.
