NAME YOUR TW0.YEAR-0LDS. The attention of owners of two-year-olds is directed to the fact that they have only thirteen days -from and including this date in which to name their youngsters without penalty. It is required by the rules of the Jockey Club that a name must be claimed through the office of the Jockey Club for each and every horse on or before the 1st of March of its two-year-old year. If this is not complied with, the horse may be named upon payment of a. fine of 0, if the name is claimed and allowed at least two days before date of starting.
