ANTI-BETTING BILL FOR NEW YORK. Albany, N. Y., February 16. A bill to make gambling within racetrack inclosures a felony was introduced today by Senator Cassidy and Assemblyman Lansing. The International Reform bureau, the New York Society for the Suppression of Vice, the Christian Endeavor Society and the Ministerial associations throughout the state are said to be back of the measure.
