TWO HORSES FALL IN WINDSORS FEATURE. Jockey Swain Is Knocked Out Blue Coat Is a Good Thing of the Right Kind. Detroit, Mich., June 23. The Windsor Selling Stakes, at one mile and a sixteenth for three-year-olds and over, was the feature of the card at Windsor -this-afternoon. It was won by Rebouuder, belonging to George Hendrie, with Hans Wagner second. Five horses started, but only three finished, Ohiyesa and Factotum, the former the post favorite, falling on the first turn. The accident wus not due to any carelessuess fir rough riding, but to Swains inability to keep Ohiyesa from striking Annie Berry. Ohiyesa went down first and Factotum,, which was right behind, fell over her. Burton, who rode Factotum, jumped up right away, but Swain lay motionless and was curried off the track in an unconscious condition. To the graudstand occupants it appeared that the boy had been badly hurt, but with the exceptiou of a few bruises and a general shaking up he escaped without serious injury and will probably be able to ride Monday. After the accident Hans Wagner set a sizzling pace, but try as his rider would he could not shake off Rebouuder. The latter stood a long drive all through the stretch and twenty yards from the finish his task seemed a hopeless one. Fair weather and seveu races on the card brought out one of the biggest crowds of the meeting. The track was still heavy and but two favorites brought home the money. Blue Coat, the winner ot the first race, was a bottled up good thing. Very little money was placed on him in the ring, but it was freely stated around the track that his connections were placing large commissions throughout the country. One or two of these commissions came back to the track to be laid off. Blue Coat won with ease after indulging King Pepper, the favorite, with the lead to the head ot the stretch. It is likely that Mars Cussldy will take the place ot Richard Dwyer us starter on the Northern circuit when the latter goes to Brighton Beach.
