BURNS FAMILY IN COURT AGAIN. Joseph Burns, father of Tommy Burns, is trvlng to recover possession of his two sons, William, aged 14 years, and Guy, 15 years old, who are now being eared for by their brother Tommy Burns, the jockey. The father says the two boys are incorrigible. All hands appeared in the Childrens Court in Brooklyn Saturday. Tommy, the jockey, said his father sold him to a racing firm for ,200 a year, but the following year Tommy signed himself for 2,000 a year. Then his father demanded a certain percentage of this, which Tommy refused to ante up. lie is now trying to make jockeys of his brothers. He says lie is. worth 00,000 and is able to care for them, while his father is not. The father was infuriated at Tommys statement and attempted to chastise him, but the court officers kept the two apart. The matter was adjourned until July 0.
