NOT BY UNANIMOUS VOTE. The full report of the meeting of the stewards of the Jockey Club at which the decision was reached to declare Go Between and Ormondes Right Ineligible for the Commonwealth Handicap, shows that the vote to do so was not unanimous, as J. II. Bradford is recorded as voting in the negative. Although August Belmont was not present for the meeting, he wished his position in the matter to be established, and instructed the assistant secretary to record him as voting In the affirmative. F. U. Hitchcock, who appealed the case to the Jockey Club, was present but did not vote.
