WINN HAS SUFFICIENT EMPLOYMENT. Cincinnati, O., July 20. Matt J. Winn, president of the American Turf Association, says it is truo that he was offered the general management of the Douglas Park track, and that he had declined It. He says his duties at Churchill Downs afford him ample employment and sufficient Income. As to fall dates for the two Louisville tracks, he says any arrangement will be- satisfactory to the New Louisville Jockey Club.
