WINDSOR TRACK IS FAST. Detroit, Mich., August 22. The Windsor track is in fine shape and some fast work Is being done in preparation for the opening of the meeting on Saturday. Horses are arriving daily. Ed Trotter, J. P. Jones and J. B. Sweeney are here with horses that have been resting up in Chicago. Many have arrived from Fort Erie, today being the last of the meeting at that track. Thursday and Friday will mark a general exodus to Windsor.
