HARRY PAYNE WHITNEYS "BAD YEAR. There is now little chance that Harry Payne-Whitney will be among the owners winning more than 00,000 at the end of the present season. To date this year his horses have won twenty-two races, been second nineteen times and third thirteen times and won 3,410.
