NO ACTION ON, LATONIAS APPLICATION. Kentucky State Racing Commission Will Decide 03 to the Fall Dates October 15; Lexington, Ky., October C. The State Racing Conimissvon met here yesterday under caU of Chairman Chlrin to consider the application of the Latonia Jockey Club for the dates October; 22 to .November 17, for its fall meeting-of twenty-four dayjs. Action was deferred until October 15, when the commission will assemble again. Chairman Chinn says it-was desired by the members to have time in which to carefully read Judge Cochrans recent decision establishing the constitutionality of the law creating and empowering the commission.
