COURT OF APPEALS REVERSES DECISION. , The New York Court of Appeals has .reversed the decision of the Brooklyn Circuit Court, giving W. S. mand Barnes of Lexington, Ky., 0,000 damages against the Long Island Railroad Company for Injuries to his yearlings In 1903. The grounds of leversal was that Colonel Barnes had signed a contract with the t-ompa.liy releasing it of any and all obligations in :ase of accident provided he was given ,200 for each car wrecked. The plaintiff can either appeal the ease to the New York Supreme Court or have uuotkpr trial in the lower court.
