MRS. PEPPER SUES HUDSON FOR 525,000. Lexington, Ky.. October 13. Mrs. E. O. Pepper, wife of Colonel James E. Pepper, filed a suit for ?2.",000 damages against Scott Hudson In the Circuit Court today. She alleges wrongful treatment of a number of. thoroughbreds Intrusted to Hudson to train. Mrs. Pepper charges that Hudson. has failed to render any account of the expenses incurred by the stable or for any of the winnings.
