KENTUCKY BREEDING BUREAU IS A GO. Lexington, Ky., November 24. A breeding bureau for Kentucky similar to the one now in operation in New York will be a go. The movement was started at a meeting of the Breeders Protective Association several days ago and details were completed at a meeting today. Stallions will be scattered In every county in the state to improve the breed of utility horses. Several members of the association donated animals and ,000 was subscribed to purchase others.
