RAINEY TO RACE IN FRANCE NEXT YEAR. New York, November 21. Paul .T. Rainey has decided to campaign a small string of racers in France tlcxt year. It is not known that he intends to send over any American horses, but he has commissioned an agent to buy for him two or tliree French-bred mares of the calibre of Ginette if they are to be obtained.
