HOW DICK DWYER MISSED A GOOD HORSE. Starter Dick Dwyer says he narrowly missed owning Electioneer, the Futurity winner, with George Ilendrie, of Hamilton, Oiit. Says Dwyer: "I had word from a good source that Electioneer was a great colt and told Mr. Hendrie to go east arid buy liim. Hendrie forgot the commission." Tlicn commenting on the colts future career Dwyer said: "I am like the green jockey whose horse was forever breaking. As lie came back to the post after several bad attempts, be .shouted to me, Dont you think I am improving? "
