NO MEETING TO BE HELD AT BRIGHT WOOD. Washington, D. C, November 30. The Bright-wood meeting, scheduled for next week, has been declared off. The management could not look for the patronage of horsemen and riders after the warning sent out by the Jockey Club and very wisely declared the meeting off.
