CITY PARK WILL CHARGE .50. New Orleans, La., December 3. At a meeting of the City Park Jockey Club the following officers were elected: President, D. H. Barnes; Vice-President, S. F. Heaslip; Secretary, Louis T. Lagarde. It was decided that the admission should be .50 for men and .00 for women. Some members of the club wanted to keep the admission down to .00. Fred Gerhardy was elected racing secretary and assistant to Harry Kuhl. W. J. Lyles will be paddock and patrol judge, the offices being combined. The purses will be the same as at the old track.
