RAINEY INSURES RADTKE S LIFE FOR 5,000. Paul J. Rainey is at his Tippah Farrn in Mississippi for a bit of rest and recreation. This farm is near the town of New Albany, from which point comes the announcement that Mr. Rainey has taken out an insurance policy for 5,000 on the life of jockey Herman Radtke. The policy, it is said, also contains an accident clause. The policy represents the amount paid by Mr. Rainey for the contract which J. O. Keene held on the services of the Chicago lad. .
