He was in close quarters next to the inside rail when the stretch was catered, but got through, and with a tine burst of speed won easih Arimo ran a winning race after lieing eanght in the barrier anil leaving the |h s too far out of il to over come the winners sprint. C. Gross, who rode Supremo Court, allowed his mount to neatly knock Mob sey over the feme on the tirst turn, for which he was suspended for thirty days. P. Riley, who has shown much improvement in the saddle lately, rode three winenrs.
