FAVOR PASADENA AND PLANTLAND. May Have Muddy Track for the Running of Queen City Handicap. Cincinnati. O., June 21. The Queen City Handicap is holding out unusual interest and probably one of the greatset crowds in the history of the Latonia track will he on hand to witness .its running tomorrow. Indications are that rain will fall as it began to cloud up after the running of the third race. There was a drizzle, but it subsided lH!fore tlte running of the fourth race and did not affect the track. If the track remains fast a field of eleven, possibly twelve, will line up to the harrier. Pasadena, Plantland and Tileing are known to be good mud runners and are receiving the most attention tonight. The Minks and Lexoline, should his owner elect to start the latter, will be coupled in the betting, and If the track becomes muddy , their chances will be materially enhanced. True Wing worked an impressive mile and a furlong yesterday but her chances are not considered seriously. Phil Finch is still very sore and it is probable that he will be an absentee from the big race. James II. McCormick got in at an early hour with Ids Quceu City Handicap candidate, Tileing, which will be ridden by Garner. Glorilier, which was reported to have been shipped here in company Willi Tileing, McCormick said, is practically out of training, as he has been kept In the stable for almost three weeks. McCormick does not feel over enthusiastic about winning tomorrows race. "Just took a chance, as the horse is good and the big purse is worth goiug after," was the way he expressed it.
