RACING AT ASCOT PARK IS CERTAIN. Cincinnati, O., July 13. G. Randall, treasurer of the Los Angeles Jockey Club, was at Latonia today. In speaking of the outlook for racing next winter at Ascot Park, he said: "A meeting will surely be held. It may not begin as early as heretofore, hut we will run up to the same time that we did tiiis season." Mr. Randall also pjid that the Arcadia proposition is apparently falling Hat and it will he some time before the track will be built.
