BEN STROME MASHA COLT THE STAR. Durnell Pays ,500 For Him Thirty-six Head Bring 7,850, An Average of 96. New York, July 3. Fifty-eight yearlings from Millhrook, The Meadows, Leonatus, Fleetwood, Bend Valley and other farms were catalogued for the sale at Shecpshead Bay today, but twelve were passed out without a bid and ten were not offered. The other thirty-six brought 7,S50, an average of S49C. The highest price was ,000 paid by C. E. Durnell for the Ben Strome Masha colt.
