AS THEY GET IT IN ENGLAND. American racing as discussed in some of the English publications gets sad treatment. Here are a few of the. wise conclusions printed in the London Wliiniiig Post over the signature of Hotstuff: "That the Appelate Court in New York is a county council. "That Peter Pan Is owned -by Jimmy Rowe. "That a horse named Recruit had been entered in a maiden race because he had not yet been retired to the stud. "That at American seaside resorts men and women wear only bathing suits day and night. "That the Empire City track was refused dates by the Jockey Club. "That the Jockey Club Is going to be sued for demages."
