ED FRAZER BREEDS WINNERS. Lexington, Ky., September 20. Convolo, the four-year-old son of Contestor, which broke the seven furlong track record here last Monday, though racing under the ownership of J. C. Milam, belongs to Ed. Frazer, an ex-sheriff of Fayette Couuty and the breeder of Race King, Miss Crawford and other good horses. Frazer also owns Belle Scott, another member of Milams stable that was a winner here tills week.
