MANY CROSS-COUNTRY RIDERS LICENSED. The National Steeplechase and Hunt Association has granted licenses to fifteen amateur crosscountry riders and to twent -four professional steeplechase jockeys. Both divisions have drafted a larger number to its ranks than in any previous year. The gentlemen who were granted licenses "to ride through the field were H. L. Morris. C. H. Kirk. Thomas Wright. S.
