FAIRVIEW FARM BROKEN UP. Gallatin, Tcnn., November 23. Returns from the sale of all the property, making up what was once known as Falrvlew Farm, one of the oldest and largest thoroughbred nurseries in Tennessee, show that the historic place sold for 21,437. Falrvlew Farm was formerly owned by the noted race horse breeder, Mr. Charles Reed, and contained 2.000 acres of the richest land to be found. Some of the most famous race horses in the country have been bred and raised on the blue grass of this farm. Fairvicw was sold to more than fifty different interests in sections ranging from 50 to 500 acres.
