THANKSGIVING HANDICAP HORSES. Owners of stake horses at Oakland are directing their attention to the Thanksgiving Handicap, to be run Thursday. The handicap is at a mile and a furlong, for three-year-olds and over, with ,000 added, and many of the best horses are eligible. Hildreths chief dependence will no doubt be Montgomery. Dandelion and Angelus. although seven of his horses are named for this event. Charley Ellison has Royal Tourist. Don Enrique. Temaceo aud Weslbury to represent him. and Dorr ante Is the eligible from the stable of Frederick For-sythe. Firestone was nominated by Thomas H. Williams. Others on the list of ellglbles are: Colonel Jack, Go Between, Astronomer. Lawrence P. Daley. Neva Lee, Sewell, Milford and Frank Flittner.
