UTAH JOCKEY CLUB HAS BIG PLANS. Salt Lake City. Utah. April 10.— To make Salt Lake City one of the great racing centers of the conatry the new Utah Jockey Club proposes to build a mile track near the cltv. a fine clubhouse, grand stand, paddock and the like, the complete plant to cost between S230.000 and $:: io.ooo.
