JOCKEY KE0GH WILL RIDE NO MORE. San Francisco. Cal.. May 19. — Jockey Frank Ke-ogli. who showed such good form at the recent Oakland meeting that he anticipated a profitable eastern engagement, will never ride again. Keog.i entered an. Oakland hospital toward the close of the local racing season for treatment for an injured foot, underwent two opernthms and now will have to submit to the amputation of a log. blood poisoning having developed. Keogh rode under the man agement of Charles Bowman at Oakland the past winter, and was to have done Bowmans riding on the Canadian circuit this summer.
