PLANS FOR RACING AT JUAREZ. Louisville, Ky.. May 19.— Plans for the inauguration of the Mexican racing circuit at Juarez, opposite El Paso, the coming fall, are maturing. It is the idea of Colonel Matt J. Winn, who is to be general manager, to have no purs,- of less value than IH, wiih good money added to the overnight handi rape, and a number of stakes ranging in alue from ,250 to $::.ooo. Tin- track will he completed in time for opening on Thanksgiving Day. The track to he established at the City of Mexico will not he ready until the fall of lino.
