MR. 0XNARD CUTS DOWN HIS STUD. Now York, Mav 19. — Henry T. Oxnard. whose stud. Bine Ridge, in Virginia, is the biggest breeding establishment east of the Alleghenies. has but sixty ileitis now. Following the example of the Kentuckians. Mr. Oxnard last season sold off many of hi* high-priced stares. He has ciren ut racing himself, but his brother, Janes G. Oxnard, is campaigning some I.lue Ridge two year-olds.
