May 19. — It is rumored that the meeting scheduled for the Empire City track in July may be transferred to Aqueduct because race goers can enjoy cooler weather there than at Vonk-rs. It is said that P. J. Dwyer has received a pro|iosition on this line and is inclined to accept it.
