MAY BE CLASH AT JACKSONVILLE. H. D. Brown Reported Unwilling to Divide Dates with Proposed New Track. Cincinnati. O.. June 11. — W. n. Fizer, who is identified with the building of a new track at South Jacksonville. Fla.. returned today from Jacksonville. where he went to confer with his associates in the venture. Arrangements liave been completed and plans fully matured fer starting the building of the track at once, and it will be completed by Thanksgiving day. The Taimpa. Fla.. plant is also to be overhauled and made ready for a sixty-days meeting next winter. Mr. Fizer will endeavor to sell his horses within the next fortnight with the idea of returning n Florida to, take up Ms duties in connection with the new enterprise. Simultaneously with Mr. Fizers return came the report that in a letter received by Charles Lonsdale from "Curly" Brown the latter claims that no arrangement on the date question has been reached, and that he will not agree to any division of dates.
