TRAINER AND OWNER IN TROUBLE. Inconsistency of Chief Hayes Calls Forth Official Action at Montreal. Montreal. Que.. June 11. — The stewards at Blue Bonnets announced today that they had forwarded the following communication to the directors of the Montreal Jockey Club: "Because of the inconsistent performances of the horse. Chief Hayes, at Toronto and Montreal, the stewards of the Montreal Jockey Club, who occupied similar positions at Toronto, recommend to the Canadian Racing Associations the withdrawal of the license of trainer W. Forman. "The stewards further recommend that the Montreal Jockey Club refuse the entries of all horses running in the name and colors of G. D. Bryan. Jr. "It Is also recommended that admission to the grounds of the Montreal Jockey Club be denied to all known tipsters and It is suggested that the officials of the Canadian Pacific Railway and the Montreal Street Railway be asked not to permit the sale of tips on their cars and station platforms."
