Rett, the fifteen year-old exercise boy. formerly in the employ of August Belmont ami whose libel suit against Mr. Belmont for alleged damage to his good name and reputation through being "posted" in the Racing Calendar, resulted in a verdict against the hoy, was todav granted a new trial by the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court.
